Vicky Martinez is the Chief Executive Officer of Arlington Charities, one of the region’s longest-serving nonprofit organizations. She brings more than 25 years of experience in community engagement, program development, and nonprofit leadership. Prior to joining Arlington Charities, Vicky spent 16 years with the Tarrant Area Food Bank, where she launched initiatives such as the R.E.D. Bus mobile outreach program, in-school markets, and regional expansion into Denton County. Throughout her career, she has overseen multi-million-dollar programs and grants, led partnerships with schools, cities, and service agencies, and championed innovative ways to deliver food and resources with dignity.
She is passionate about building strong community connections and lives by the motto: “Lead with a servant’s heart and a strategist’s mind—because compassion without structure falls short, and structure without compassion misses the point.”
