Rebecca retired in 2023 from her position as Precinct Administrator (Chief of Staff) for Tarrant County Precinct 3 Commissioner Gary Fickes so she could be a full-time caregiver for her mother, who bravely battled dementia. Before her 15-year service for Commissioner Fickes, she was the statewide Director of Marketing for Allen Samuels Auto Group for 15 years, with 12 locations across Texas. Today, she co-manages her family’s business interests and serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Fletcher Consulting PR.
Rebecca's focus on community partnerships and effective advertising strategies helped lead Allen Samuels to be one of eight national finalists for the TIME Magazine Quality Dealer Award (out of 22,000 new car dealers), and Allen Samuels Dodge in North Richland Hills was named National Dodge Dealer of the Year for each of her final two years with the organization.
While at Tarrant County, Rebecca was most proud of helping create and manage the Empowering Seniors Health & Lifestyle Exposition that grew to attract over 3,000 attendees and the Tarrant Transportation Summit, which became one of the largest transportation events in Texas.
Her passion for making a difference in her community led her to chair the HEB Chamber of Commerce, the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce, and Metroport Meals on Wheels. She has also served on the board of directors of numerous nonprofit and civic organizations.
Rebecca served as a GSE team member to India representing the Rotary Club of Arlington between her undergraduate and graduate years at Baylor University.
