Heidi Hardy is a seasoned sales, marketing, financial development and community engagement expert with over 25 years of experience spanning business ownership, nonprofit leadership, and strategic partnerships. As Chief Mission Advancement Officer for the Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA, she drives growth through strategic branding, community storytelling, and impact initiatives that extend the Y's reach to serve more individuals and families throughout Arlington, Mansfield, and Kennedale.
Heidi has lived in and worked in the City of Arlington for over 20 years. Her proven leadership includes architecting innovative programs like the Play Day Outreach Program in partnership with Trinity Community Foundation. Her extensive background encompasses roles from State Farm Agency owner to Vice President of Public Relations at Texas Trust Credit Union.
Hardy has served many boards and chaired and co-chaired boards and committees, including the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce Women's Alliance, the Women's Advisory Council to the Mayor of Arlington, and Cancer Care Services, along with her notable service on the City of Arlington's Community Relations Committee and Unity Council.
Heidi's media expertise began in 2014 when she launched the Real Life DFW Radio Show, earning recognition as an award-winning host and producer from peers and industry leadership. She expanded her storytelling platform by creating podcasts for local nonprofits, helping them build brand awareness and strengthen their fundraising capabilities.
Her media ventures include the Real-Life Paranormal podcast with her husband and DFW Spotlight on Business, which featured Dallas Fort Worth business leaders and community champions. She continues to collaborate with local businesses and nonprofits to amplify their stories and enhance their community impact. She and her husband Michael Hardy travel, play golf and enjoy family during their free time.
As President of Wade Funeral Home & Crematory in Arlington, Texas, Blake leads with compassion, dedication, and a deep commitment to serving families during their most difficult times. He believes in the power of guidance and education, ensuring that every family who walks through the doors feels supported and understood.

A proud sixth-generation Arlington resident, Blake has strong ties to the community and actively gives back through his involvement with organizations such as the Kiwanis Club, Young Men for Arlington, and the Arlington Margarita Society. He is also a dedicated member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, working to support local businesses and initiatives that strengthen the community.
When he’s not providing compassionate care through Wade Funeral Home & Crematory or engaging in community outreach, Blake cherishes time with his family. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and making lasting memories with his wife, Maddie, and their two children, Harper and Holden. As a devoted husband, father, and member of Life Church, Blake finds purpose in faith, family, and service.
