Scott is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Arlington ISD, a role he has held since January 2014. He brings over 30 years of HR experience across education, high-tech, and corporate sectors, including roles at National Semiconduc-tor, Parker Hannifin, Ecolab, and CSX.
He holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and Saint Mary’s College of California, respectively. Scott also holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
His expertise includes high-volume recruiting, immigration sponsorship, employee relations, employment law, compensation, healthcare administration, and affirmative action planning.

Josh Inguanzo is a nonprofit leader with 15+ years of experience making big things happen across Texas. As Associate VP of Development at the American Heart Association, he’s all about driving fundraising, building community partnerships, and launching health programs that make a real impact in Arlington and Denton.
Josh’s journey includes leadership roles at the YMCA, Boys & Girls Clubs, and the Boy Scouts, where he’s raised millions, opened new facilities, and boosted community engagement. He’s fluent in Spanish, trauma-informed, and deeply tuned into the social factors that shape health.
When he’s not changing lives, Josh is soaking up family time with his wife and daughter, hitting the golf course, or enjoying the great outdoors.
