Brian Compton is the President of Worthington Bank in Arlington. He has been in banking for over two decades with experience spanning from Branch Manager and Commercial Lender to Regional and Market leadership roles, his career reflects consistent growth, performance, and impact to his community.
Brian graduated from the University of Tampa with his degree in Business Management, and also excelled as a student in the ABA/Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Prior to banking, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, Infantry. He grew up in Southern Maryland on his family’s tobacco farm and has three children Evan, Maggie and Lily.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading and anything to do with the outdoors.
