Isaac Washington is a follower of Jesus Christ, husband, father, educator, entrepreneur, author, teaching pastor, and ministry leader with a passion for equipping believers to live out their faith in both the Church and the marketplace.

After encountering Christ in 2008, Isaac committed his life to knowing God's Word and helping others discover the transforming power of a life fully surrendered to Jesus. He serves as a Teaching Pastor at Gathering Viridian Church, where he faithfully teaches Scripture and encourages believers to grow in spiritual maturity, biblical conviction, and a deeper relationship with Christ.

With more than 25 years in public education, Isaac has impacted thousands of students while also developing innovative educational resources used by school districts across the country. He is also the Executive Director of Nehemiah Builds, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving children affected by poverty fatherlessness through mentoring, academic support, athletics, and biblical discipleship.

An accomplished author, Isaac has written ten books and co-authored two additional works, equipping readers with practical biblical insights on discipleship, leadership, spiritual growth, and developing a biblical worldview. His writing reflects his passion for making God's truth understandable, applicable, and transformative for life.

Isaac regularly teaches Bible studies, mentors leaders, and speaks in churches, colleges, businesses, schools, and community organizations on biblical leadership, discipleship, and living out the Gospel with conviction. Known for communicating deep biblical truths in a practical and engaging way, his desire is to help people know Christ more deeply, trust the authority of Scripture, and faithfully fulfill God's calling on their lives.

Isaac and his wife, Erica, live in Arlington, Texas, where they are actively serving their church and community. Together they are committed to investing in the next generation and advancing the Kingdom of God. His greatest desire is to see lives transformed through the truth of God's Word and the power of the Holy Spirit.
