Wow! What a Vibrant Club Workshop we had this weekend! Almost 200 Rotarians and supporters working together to make a great learning experience for all!
If you missed it, well, you missed it! Learning how we do better with missions, foundation giving, supporting our members, finding quality projects and speakers, and most importantly, making a Lasting Impact with what we say, do, and become as a Club! In a Rotary community, there are so many factors that need to work together to make a Club vibrant, relevant and connected. It was great to learn that our Rotary Club of Arlington happens to be experiencing many returns from our past leaders who felt that training was an important way to keep growing and be current. There will be several more opportunities during this and next year to join for a District Assembly or Workshop. I encourage anyone who is thinking about future leadership of our Rotary Club (or any club!) to consider signing up for one of these exceptional opportunities.
Thank you for the many volunteers that stepped up to assist in all facets of the weekend! We had Rotarians as greeters, assisting in the workshop sessions, serving food, manning booths on international projects, decorating, signing in attendees, and even overall planning for the whole shebang!!
Thank you for being people who continue to Show Up and serve others! When you actually put the Four Way Test in motion, you do create a world that is impactful!
