Quintin Smith is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of QSC Services, LLC, a national program and construction management firm serving public and private sector clients. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, he is passionate about delivering projects that strengthen communities and improve quality of life.
Quintin has built a family of companies focused on construction, design, development, and real estate while emphasizing servant leadership, innovation, and long-term relationships. He is actively involved in supporting economic development, mentoring small businesses, and creating opportunities for future leaders.
His commitment to community service extends beyond his business through volunteerism, partnerships with local organizations, and the work of the QSC Cares Foundation. Mary Tucay currently serves as the Executive Director of Finance and Administration at QSC Services, LLC. She is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting business growth, and mentoring young professionals as they develop their careers and leadership skills.
Mary also serves in her church's counseling ministry, where she is committed to supporting and uplifting others. She believes deeply in servanthood and actively gives her time to local community organizations, seeking opportunities to serve her neighbors and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Guided by the principle of Service Above Self, Mary values compassion, connection, and community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and hiking.
