Awa Sy is the marketing manager at SafeHaven of Tarrant County, Tarrant County’s only state-designated family violence program. Previously, Awa worked as a public relations professional at a boutique communications agency based in Dallas. She graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in communications with a focus in Public Relations, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Administration at UTA.
