40 Futures Initiative Program

Cynthia Will is a seasoned tourism and hospitality professional having served roles in corporate and educational settings. As an Instructor for Culinary Arts, Travel & Tourism and Hospitality Services at the Dan Dipert Career and Technology Center preparing students for nationally recognized industry certifications, post-secondary education and entry-level careers. She is a passionate volunteer with the Down Syndrome Partnership of Tarrant County and Camp Esperanza Cancer Camp for Children. She has served on the Arlington Public Library Foundation and Arlington Museum Boards of Directors. In her spare time, enjoys the company of her two Great Pyrenees, collecting art, ongoing participation in the Cliburn International Piano Competition and hosting foreign exchange students. She is a Wisconsin native and attended the University of Wisconsin.
