Ryan Dodson is President of Development & Acquisitions and managing partner of Dodson Commercial Real Estate. His roles include feasibility, entitlement, acquisitions, capitalization, and development management. Ryan began his Real estate career in the early 2000’s developing small residential subdivisions and putting together a variety of value-add investments. He has since grown Dodson into a prominent developer and investor of high quality commercial real estate throughout North Texas. Ryan graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1999 with a bachelor degree in Journalism & Public Relations.

Ryan is past chair of Downtown Arlington Management Corporation, and currently sits on the executive committee. He served 8 years on the City of Mansfield Planning & Zoning commission, and two years as Vice Chairman. Previously Ryan served for 10 years as a board member of Arlington Children’s Toys, Inc. Recently, Ryan was invited to join the North Texas Chapter of the Urban Land Institutes small scale development forum.
