North Texas Genome Center

We will learn about the new North Texas Genome Center from Dr. Jon Weidanz. 
As the only facility of its kind in the UT System and in North Texas, the SEIR-housed North Texas Genome Center (NTGC) will be a key research hub and offer whole genome sequencing and data interpretation on a fee-for-services basis. It represents a game-changing opportunity for UTA to benefit the region, state, and nation by establishing itself as a worldwide leader in precision health and big data.

SEIR - Science & Engineering Innovation and Research Building. The state-of-the-art teaching and research space will advance health-science discoveries and society's understanding of today's most pressing health issues.
