"Support Our Soldiers"

Teresa Nelson is a Fort Worth native, graduate of Texas Wesleyan University and former Business owner of Teresa's Treasures Gourmet Gifts for 15 years. She has been featured in magazines, TV, radio, and won over 25 awards in personal and business categories.  She has served on 20 boards, committees, and commissions at the city and state levels.  In 2011, she founded Support Our Soldiers and in 2013 created the 501c3 to have a greater opportunity to increase support in the community.  The organization continues to expand and has support from 19 states currently and has sent over 100,000 pounds of supplies to our troops.  She is married to Dennis Nelson and has 3 cat "fur-children"  living in SW Fort Worth.
