Stability During Unstable Times

JONATHAN H SMITH, LCSW 

Jonathan is a licensed clinical social work in the state of Texas and currently serves as the director of clinical services for Texas Health Resources’ Springwood behavioral health program.  He directs the programming and clinical quality for their acute inpatient units as well as 6 different outpatient satellite sites within the Springwood Behavioral Health Program.  Jonathan graduated with his masters degree in clinical social from Widner University in Chester, PA.  He has spent 21 years in the field of mental health and substance abuse and frequently provides specialized training for therapists as well the community in the areas of crisis management, depression/anxiety disorders.  His special areas of focus are working with individuals and their families to increase resiliency against daily adversities that often impact aspects of life at work and at home.  He has volunteered his time as a trainer for suicide prevention and intervention as well.
